Jessi is trained the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) technique, which helps calm the brain while addressing past traumas that may impact the present. One of the key advantages of this approach is that you don't need to recall every detail of the traumatic memory; instead, you allow your brain to navigate the processing of trauma to alleviate current symptoms. In addition EMDR, Jessi employs other therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She working with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults across all stages of life.
